Shipping Methods & Charges

We primarily ship through US Postal Service and UPS.  We have found that the USPS offers the best automatically generated rates for our products.  These rates are often more expensive than the actual shipping costs.  As a small business we are unable to offer free-shipping, however; we will refund excessive shipping charges whenever possible.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of a paid invoice and should arrive, to addresses in the lower 48 of the US, within 5 to 10 business days.

Please let us know if you have special requests for your shipment, such as where to leave a package. We send tracking information for most shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery (porch pirates, arrrr ;(.  
Return Policy: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the items purchased. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
